Luxurious, personalized with a beautiful lobby. Plenty of great food for meals. Efficient staff with the manager and good Wi-Fi.

The place is clean, the room is neat, the staff is welcoming. The rooms with usb sockets, several big mirrors.

Exceptional hotel & exceptionally clean, its location is convenient near by the train station. Helpful and attentive staff team is with the manager;))

The room was impeccable, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was willing to help.

I loved that it was perfectly clean and fabulous, the staff were accommodating and rooms were elegant. The food was amazing and the location was beautiful. Its service was good. A really really nice way to end my christmas.

We loved location and facilities of this brand-new hotel. The room was reasonably large with two beds.

The hotel was rich, I loved normal double rooms and courteous staff. Breakfast was complimentary and included pastries, cheese and bakery. Beautiful view, a large balcony, large bed, too. Super central location, relatively near a medieval timepiece. Cool drinks at piano bar, high quality service.

This hotel offers particularly good views, fine rooms and pleasant location. The place where you can have lunch walking distance to the venue is Alcron Restaurant.

Pretty much what I expected : gorgeous hotel, reasonably priced. Property was neat. The service offered here was excellent! Perfectly positioned in a busy area.

Peaceful location, lovely romantic, very fancy room and fabulous staff. Breakfast had excellent choices, including pastries, cheese and bakery, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. Chic hotel with superb customer service.

Absolutely incredible location and very comfy bed. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. There were fresh pastries, cheese and bakery to start the morning with.

Views were unpleasant, and the bathroom was disgusting.

Unbeatable location, reasonably clean venue, efficient staff. Generous-sized and fairly clean room with a functional decor. The breakfasts is rich with lots of food.

It was a functional hotel which also was reasonably clean. Rooms were elegant and air conditioning. Found in the perfect area. Service was helpful there too. The bed was really comfortable, so we had a brilliant stay.

The location was excellent! walk to old town square in 20 min, next to train station

this hotel was easy base for exploring prague, greatly enjoyed it. just a 15-minute stroll to the center.

400 feet away there is Alcron Restaurant, where you can dine. Interesting place for a city trip in Prague! We liked k+k hotel fenix...
